Join Lana for an immersive weekend of plein air landscape painting.

Half of each day will be spent working outdoors, with the rest of the day spent back in the studio, further developing your work. (If the weather is against us, we’ll spend the weekend working indoors from photos of the local area).

Lana will talk you through her plein air set up and guide you through the weekend with a variety of exercises and techniques you can use to help interpret the landscape in your own personal way. Suitable for beginners with some experience, to advanced painters looking for some new approaches to their work. Lana will be painting in oils, but acrylic painters welcome.

In addition to the equipment on the materials list (you can choose to work in either oils or acrylics) below can you also please bring: your name tag, coffee mug and plastic to cover your table

Please note: entry to the workshop is down the driveway to the left of the building.
